The project involved the replacement and connection back to an existing suction and discharge pipework on a solvent storage facility in Tottenham. We worked closely with both the client and pump supplier to ensure no disruption to production was caused. All pipework was fabricated and tested to ASME B31.1. Duration on site – 3 weeks.

Project here working on new apartment blocks comprising of 200T of fabricated, hot rolled steelwork including the supply and the installation of PCC flooring and staircase. Total value of the contract was £450,000.

The project here included 40T of fabricated, hot rolled steelwork with the installation of a PCC staircase. We also worked on the loading out of the first floor metal decking. Value of the contract was £70,000.

Here we fabricated and delivered eight cow horn assemblies in stainless steel grade 316. Our customer required a high-quality finish and had a tight lead time for the supply of all the assemblies. We managed to complete the delivery one day earlier than required and to the quality that was required.

Working closely with our customer we refined the design and fabrication of the pump bases they used. The base shown in the image is fabricated by stainless steel, fully seal welded and machined to a high tolerance to ensure that the motor and pump can be perfectly aligned to minimise vibration when in use.
