Senior Media Officer – charity – 1 year contract June/July 2015 – June 2016 – £28k pro rata
Fantastic chance to join a leading charity’s media department to work on three high profile youth-led initiatives over the next year. This one year fixed term contract will see you joining a fast-paced media team who work closely with celebrities, ambassors and patrons who help them achieve the profile required to get the iniatives noticed.
This is a real campaigning role, lots of consumer media outreach, digital / social media engagement and plenty of events. Regular celebrity and journalist visits to the initiative centres as well as the need to get involved with two annual events which are always televised.
You will need to be available to start work by the latest mid July – the contract will run to June 2016. You’ll recieve a generous holiday allowance and all the company benefits!
Experience wise you’ll need a minimum of three years consumer pr experience either agency or clientside, if you have charity experience then all the better, but ideally you’ll have worked with brands or initiatives that focus on the youth market.
