A rare and exciting opportunity for a talented PR Executive, with 2 to 4 years experience, to join a leading, global, online dating brand.

They launched in 2008 and have since become a key global player, very well respected in the online dating market.

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to support and spearhead innovative PR programmes that will further establish this brand as a household name.
Reporting to the UK PR Manager, the PR Executive is responsible for driving brand awareness and point of difference. Responsibilities range from heading up the fast-paced press office; managing their PR agency across bespoke consumer campaigns and product launches; managing regional, promotional and partnership programmes, as well as creating and facilitating external, internal and customer-centric events.
You will also be working collaboratively with the social, content and partnerships teams, with a focus on amplifying campaigns via these channels.
Consumer related or FMCG experience is preferable, with experience in delivering compelling press campaigns a must. If you have this, and you’re enthusiastic, hands-on and have a great knowlegde of the UK media and are now looking to grow your PR expertise in a broad role that offers growth alongside a supportive and exciting company culture, then this this role would definitely suit you!
Essential Functions:
- Assist PR Manager and PR agency in executing innovative large-scale B2C, plus B2B, PR programmes and buzz marketing efforts that promote brand awareness
- Taking ownership of press office function and working with PR agency and social teams to deliver hijack opportunities and features
- Drive new product launches and work with PR Manager to deliver supporting media relations, promotional and partnership programmes
- Work alongside social and content teams to harness online communities as brand endorsers. Find new and interesting ways to tell these stories and assist in content planning and delivery
- Manage post-campaign analysis and regular reporting alongside PR agency
- Manage internal communication projects and reporting e.g. monthly reports, global newsletter, customer comms
- Work with global teams (US and Australia) to ensure collaborative cross-local campaigns and data sharing
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Degree educated
- 2-4 years experience within PR, preferably with consumer-related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who is happy to be hands-on, but can also work collaboratively
- A true passion to obtain outstanding results whilst working on a brand that makes a real difference to people’s lives
