Client Services Director – £high six figures + package – EMEA remit based in London

I’m looking for a confident, experienced consumer / integrated PR professional to join a highly reputable agency that’s currently flavour of the year and contining to grow through regular new business wins and strategic acquistions which have taken them into new spaces.
The Client Services Director role (EMEA) is part of a new business model the agency has put in place to reflect the sheer size of many of their clients – with these big accounts needing a senior player to keep the agency on point, exceeding expectations and constantly looking for new revenue opportunities, partnerships and strategic connections which will in turn lead to further business. The key part of this role is to build considerable trust between the most senior client contacts and the agency through listening and providing counsel as opposed to being a Yes person.
The client in question is in the retail space with a huge monthly fee income – probably one of the bigger PR accounts in the whole industry and a relatively new win for the agency – as such the client has yet to be announced to the industry.
Fantastic chance to work with a talent senior team of peers who are all from recognised agencies and big global brands. The role will be EMEA wise, so there’ll be a chance to do some travel and getting to know your teams in Europe is paramount, so you must be good at building network connections.

You must:
– have 15 years PR agency experience, the majority working in consumer on big brands
– experience of working on EMEA campaigns / clients
– exceptional client mgt skills / demonstrable client growth
– integrated / inter-agency experience – this client spans: consumer PR, advertising, CSR, corporate comms, sponsorship, experiental.
