Awesome opportunity to join an outstanding PR / sponsorship / events agency’s fashion & lifestyle division. This Soho based ‘giant’ has multiple international offices and has won a huge number of industry awards in the last five years. The company boats a host of big brand clients in the worlds of sports, entertainment, fashion and lifestyle and prides itself on producing creative, insight-led, integrated work. Activations are varied depending on a client’s need and include, for example, staging events or stunts to support a launch, creating compelling pieces of content to secure media coverage, or working with talent to drive fame for a sponsorship property. They deliver campaigns globally, regionally and within individual markets. The agency works closely with its sister advertising and digital agencies too to provide proper 360 communications.
The role
As an Account Executive in the fashion & lifestyle team, you’ll be fully involved in all media outreach from day one! You will be the point person for media lists, drafting press releases, keeping a check on all product / stock and supporting the team with events and launches. Magazine house drops, press trips and more will be under you jurisdiction – there is never a dull moment and you will learn, learn, learn! This opportunity represents a genuine step on the PR career ladder with one of the most respected PR agencies of our time.
Your experience
- One year’s experience, ideally within a pr agency on fashion or lifestyle brands that have a young audience
- Ability to demonstrate where your creative thinking has resulted in a campaign output that has achieved results
- Fearless media relations skills: ability to build on current media contacts to create a huge black book and quickly
- Articulate and confident nature
- Culturally plugged in to trends both on and offline
- Digitall savvy – locked into fb, twitter, I, and all other social platforms of note
