Account Director – Global Sports – London – £40-50k
If your dream is to work for a top 5 sports brand, then read on. This global agency that is really the talk of the town presently, is looking for an experienced Account Director to lead their most important sports sponsorship client from a global perspective.
The role will be centered around both leading on the global strategy as well as managing the brand’s global sponsorship activation – for example a new kit launch with a leading premiership club – understanding all the rights around that sponsorship, the assets that need to be created, what the opportunities are and of course working with the associate talent / athletes.
You will have a very integrated understanding and experience of PR – the brand is particularly excellent at digital communications and the agency produces a lot of content from vine videos to short films which are then filtered through various platforms; this forming the essence of the agency’s remit for the client: to communiate to fans first.
You’ll be Account Director level already, probably working agency side and you’ll definitely have had experience running global took kit accounts as well as knowing your way around a rights contract.
This is a great role for somoene passionate abotu sport but who might not want to be solidly in a sports PR agency and would like a bit more variety to life.
