Campaign of the Month

The German branch of the World Wildlife Foundation masterminded this stunt as they installed 1,600 styrofoam replica pandas to celebrate its 50th anniversary and to raise public awareness of the endangered animal’s fragile situation.

WWF research has shown that there are only 1,600 panda’s left in the wild, and this was a great visual representation to not only show the startlingly low numbers left, but also the public’s emotional bond to the animal and their love for this iconic species.

The display will be visiting 25 other cities in Germany over the next month to give everyone in the country the chance to get involved and show some love for this incredible animal.

The stunt, although developed by WWF Germany has been picked up internationally by TV and the Interweb…including mass mentions on Twitter.

If you want your campaign to be considered for our Campaign of the Month for September, please get in touch with its details!
