My client is an inspiring, relatively new agency that has energy and excitement with some amazing brands to talk about after only such a short time of being born! They are a creative communications agency that have a great team, with the founders bringing a wealth of experience to the business, having worked in Londons’ renowned agencies prior to this new venture! They pride themselves on understanding cultures and the needs of their clients and their audiences and help to deliver strategic communications across all disciplines of PR & Comms.
The agency itself has the support and senior counsel from a larger communications agency that have seen the potential these founders can create and build, which allows them to not feel like a ‘start up’ but more an additional arm to an already well-oiled machine!
The clients incorporate retail, FMCG, booze, consumer tech, music and tech with an ever growing client base. They are currently looking for a strong minded Account Director, or Senior Account Director, or an Associate Director to join the current team to help! With the agency being small (ish) right now, flexibility of level is an option, the hire will depend very much on the person and culture fit as well as skill sets. You will ideally come from a well-known London based consumer agency, that has large brand experience, together with experience of working with smaller brands, delivering campaigns with the same depth and passion! You will ideally have FMCG experience of sorts to compliment the current team, be a great leader, a team player is a must, be creative in your thinking and be an excellent client manager.
