Social & Digital AD / Associate – food and drink agency – London – £40-70k + bens
Brand New Role! Specialist mid-sized PR Agency has spent the last two years building up their social offering for their host of big brand clients in the food, drink & lifestyle sectors and is now keen to hire a senior player who can take this successful P&L forward.
To date, PR team members have been delivering on the social function – providing a mix of cross platform content and comms engagement through to SEO services, website development and much more. Now with dedicated clients wanting the digital services as well as PR clients wanting social media to run seemlessly alongside their communications strategies, the MD of the agency is committed to making a hire that will help them continue to grow this funciton.
You’ll be a passionate and knowledge digital communicator – you’ll understand all the main platforms from Twitter to fb, linkedin to Instagram and you’ll understand bloggers and how to engage with them. Given that the clients are in the FMCG arena some experience or passion for the food or drink space would be very helpful but it’s not essential. What is, will be the ability to work with colleagues to develop and deliver sound digital campaigns that add value at every step of the way.
This is the first hire of its kind in the agency, but they are also in the process of hiring a dedicated out of hours community manager (with in hours handled by the PR Teams) who will report into this role. Other hires will follow for sure.
