Consumer Brand Director – Global Agency – Big Budget Consumer Brand – £90K+

The Role:

They are looking for a confident, creative and experienced Director to lead one of the agency’s flagship accounts – an innovative women’s health brand that is fundamentally rewriting the wellness and consumer health rulebook. With very healthy seven-figure budgets, the successful candidate will be responsible for senior client counsel and global strategic guidance, managing an integrated cross practice team of 12 consultants.

This is very much a consumer role and NOT a healthcare position. 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Brand marketing experience a must; any experience leading consumer health campaigns is a plus but not essential
  • Strong leadership abilities to manage/guide and motivate a large internal, cross-practice teams
  • Strategic planning capabilities with a strong eye to story and content creation in keeping with key business objectives of client
  • Experience working for a large firm, leading fast-paced, large-scale/global account
  • A proactive and enthusiastic senior team lead, who drives and maintains regular communication with demanding clients
  • Experience in running programs that span traditional PR and digital, along with knowledge of working with paid media / ad partners in full 360 marketing program
  • Experience managing large budgets and KPI reporting to clients
  • Experience managing toolkit roll out and guidance for local execution

Salary £90K plus an excellent benefits package.
